Tyler gained experience through a variety of top-notch restaurants in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and Louisville, Kentucky.  His most recent experience comes as Chef de Cuisine of Kimball’s Kitchen at Sanderling Resort. Prior to moving to NC he was executive chef of Silver Dollar, El Camino, and St. Charles Exchange (all in Louisville). Prior to his work as an executive chef, he cultivated experience as sous chef of Rivue at The Galt House and 732 Social. Tyler also cooked at The James Beard House in February of 2013 with St. Charles Exchange.

Nicole Boudrieau

Ms. Boudrieau is an accomplished hospitality professional with many years of experience in the restaurant industry. Most recently Nicole was the General Manager of a local Wilmington staple, Aubriana’s Steak and Seafood.

Prior to relocating to Wilmington, Nicole was a long-time resident of Denver, Colorado managing Shanahan’s Steakhouse, and Cinzzetti’s Italian Marketplace. Earlier in her career, she also worked for Morton’s the Steakhouse, and Clyde’s Restaurant Group in Northern Virginia.  

Ms. Boudrieau is a Level II Executive Sommelier with certification from the International Wine Guild. Her formal education comes from her home state of New York, at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She is a dedicated wife and mother of three.

Alan Nelson

Alan spent his childhood between California and Colorado and stayed out west to continue his education in Northern Arizona and Oregon. After college, Alan realized his true passion was in the food business, and submersed himself in the culinary world, spending time in various regions of the country.

With a chosen career path, Alan spent years honing his craft; managing operations in hotels, restaurants, country clubs and a large catering company before finding a home on the East Coast where he has worked in the capacity of both Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage for such brands as Hilton, Doubletree, Wyndham and now Embassy Suites.
